Sometimes it takes a short while for the site to catch up with your subscription status. You can try logging out and logging in to see if that fixes things. If the issue persists, please contact us using the form at the bottom of the page.
Photos are occasionally rejected for various reasons. Common reasons for rejection are that the photo is blurry, the photo is not exposed properly (too dark or light), or the photo does not align with the Lutheran teaching. We try to accept as many photos as we can.
We try to list reasons for rejection in the photo description. You can see your rejected photos in the "rejected photos" menu on the "My Account" page. Occasionally rejected photos may be removed from storage.
